How to Rent a Bike?
What to do, when it broken?
In case of a breakdown, please stop using the vehicle immediately and contact us to arrange a replacement or repair.
We take care of all maintenance and repair needs for breakdowns related to factory defects or those occurring during proper and careful use.
We kindly ask that you handle the rented vehicle with care.
Breakdowns caused by improper or careless use will be charged proportionally to the damage caused by the user.

For how long I can rent the bicycle?
Minimum rental period — 1 week!
If you’ve signed up for a month but change your mind after two weeks — no worries! Just let us know 5 days before you plan to return the bike, and we’ll take care of everything.
If your contract is ending and you’d like to extend it, please notify us 3 days before the end of the rental period. This will help us plan better!

Who can rent the bicycle?
Our bike rental service is available to individuals aged 18 and older with a valid passport.
When receiving the bike, you will be required to provide your passport details. Therefore, please make sure to bring your passport with you.
